Paid features, if any, are subject to subscription fees and may auto-renew unless canceled according to the plan terms. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our stated refund policy.
All intellectual property, including logos, branding, software, and content within Elveo POS, remains the sole property of Elveo POS. The system is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user violating these Terms or engaging in illegal or unauthorized activities.
